and receive the response: ACCESS DENIED

YOU MAY BE ON THE DENIED ACCESS LIST

Users of the Echo-Link on Wisconsin Interstate Network must follow the FCC Rules and a few simple policies we have developed to insure smooth operations of Echo-Link on this large State-Wide System.

W.I.N. Policy

1. Connect and Disconnect more than 3 times in one hour will add your callsign to the denied list.

2. Breaking FCC Rules, especially not identifying will add your callsign to the denied list.

3. Having disruptive transmissions to the system, touchtones, bad audio, or poorly set up system will get your callsign added to the denied list.

4. Use Node 9999 to fix your audio.  18006 is NOT a test server.

Remember you are using someone's equipment, we would expect you to not abuse it.

If you feel your being denied access is a mistake you can send e-mail to the system operator for review.
